This website does not track you.
It contains no private information. It does not drop persistent cookies, does not collect data other than incoming ip addresses and page views (the internet is a public place), and certainly does not collect and sell your information to others.
Some sites that I link to may try to track you, but that's between you and them, not you and me.
I do collect statistics, but I use a simple stand-alone Wordpress plugin, not third-party services such as Google Analitics over which I have no control.
Finally, this is website is a hobby. It's a hobby in which I am deeply invested, about which I care deeply, and which has enabled me to learn a lot about computers and computing, but it is still ultimately an avocation, not a vocation; it is certainly not a money-making enterprise (unless you click the "Donate" button--go ahead, you can be the first!).
I appreciate your visiting this site, and I desire not to violate your trust.

I think it should have been to grade, I get upset when I see plumbers do that, that is just not right. I always put mine to grade, and if in a side walk it get’s a Zern Clean out with cover. But the good thing is that your sewer is flowing!

What Chris said.

(I knew Chris would have something to say.)
To give the plumbers a little break, when they set up the clean out, all they had was a big hole in the ground and they had to guess at grade. I wish they had set it about eight inches closer to the house, but they were limited by the physical realities of the connections.

I asked him about the location of the cleanout. Do you want to know what he told me? You could get irritated.

Well I just come off of a sewer job, and man it was rooted up big time, I’m trying to save his line, and I noticed that the home is for sale. This house is in Golden Colorado and on a hill with trees like no other!

Karen, I don’t get irritated easily unless you are planning to violate the Bill of Rights (grin).
I can put up with a lot knowing that I will no longer have raw sewage bubbling up through the laundry room drain.
