Chris saw this over my shoulder, & said this is now a direct cross connection & they will have to purge & clean the line. (I was just the typist.)

All I know is that United Water showed up about five minutes later (the folks down the street had phoned it in), dug a hole, and we had water back by noon.
I had enough warning to fill a couple of big containers with water so it was not a hardship, just an inconvenience.
There are worse places to be than Delaware. Phoenix springs to mind.

I tell ya, Frank, Barb really liked Phoenix when I took her there a few weeks ago. I think under the right circumstances she’d move there.
And maybe even bring me along.
