This website does not track you.
It contains no private information. It does not drop persistent cookies, does not collect data other than incoming ip addresses and page views (the internet is a public place), and certainly does not collect and sell your information to others.
Some sites that I link to may try to track you, but that's between you and them, not you and me.
I do collect statistics, but I use a simple stand-alone Wordpress plugin, not third-party services such as Google Analitics over which I have no control.
Finally, this is website is a hobby. It's a hobby in which I am deeply invested, about which I care deeply, and which has enabled me to learn a lot about computers and computing, but it is still ultimately an avocation, not a vocation; it is certainly not a money-making enterprise (unless you click the "Donate" button--go ahead, you can be the first!).
I appreciate your visiting this site, and I desire not to violate your trust.

I really don’t understand why Mitt Romney didn’t pick Ted Nugent to be his running mate. He’s a much better fit with the demographics of the party and would have cursed at Joe Biden during the debate.

Ted Nugent is too modern and hip for the Mittster.

Could be but Nate Silver’s column in the NY Times has Obama in almost a tie with Romney now. He reasons Obama’s crash at the debate resulted in a boost for Romney that is gaining steam, not ebbing. So the bad people, the racism, and everything else isn’t tripping him up. I didn’t think it was quite possible for the president to have thrown the election in the debate but maybe he has. Even the betting markets like Intrade show a slow but regular ebbing of Obama’s chances. Apparently, the so-called “undecided” voter doesn’t care about all the lying and calls to the bigots, or it’s what they like. Maybe that one fellow you quoted last week is right.
