It contains no private information. It does not drop persistent cookies, does not collect data other than incoming ip addresses and page views (the internet is a public place), and certainly does not collect and sell your information to others.
Some sites that I link to may try to track you, but that's between you and them, not you and me.
I do collect statistics, but I use a simple stand-alone Wordpress plugin, not third-party services such as Google Analitics over which I have no control.
Finally, this is website is a hobby. It's a hobby in which I am deeply invested, about which I care deeply, and which has enabled me to learn a lot about computers and computing, but it is still ultimately an avocation, not a vocation; it is certainly not a money-making enterprise (unless you click the "Donate" button--go ahead, you can be the first!).
I appreciate your visiting this site, and I desire not to violate your trust.

Actually …“Original intent” is the GOP/Republican Party and its followers racist primal scream since the ELECTION of Barack H Obama to the Presidency!
“I want my country back!”
At the time of “Original Intent ” in THIS country… they codify into law … Blacks 3/5’s of a person!
They are attempting to treat POTUS Obama’s presidency as 3/5’s …
Yet ANOTHER stellar example of GOP/Republican governance in 21st Century America!
Their governance has been AND is an unmitigated disaster!

That is a brilliant observation. I never thought of that before, but it’s summarizes the last seven years most pithily.
The primal screaming is louder now than at any time since the 1960s, certainly–the Republican Party is just this far from making the sheet the official garment–but the “theory” has been around for a bit longer.
Most of the sources cited at the “Legal Dictionary” link in my original post are from 1970 and later.
