From Pine View Farm

Gatored Communities 5

We have antedeluvian cold-blooded flesh eaters in this part of the world.

We also have gators:

Haddonfield’s popular Hopkins Pond and a surrounding park are expected to remain closed today after the discovery of what appeared to be a four-foot alligator that evaded capture yesterday.

As global warming continues, it’s only logical we will start to see gators up into Maine and Newfoundland.

I expect Pine View Farm to be submerged in about 10 years. It’s maybe 10 feet above sea level.

If that’s true, then the value of the property is pretty much shot. Are the politicians who insist global warming is a fact going to voluntarily lower property taxes for people like you? Or do they really believe in this after all?

Politicians are safe. They are stacked so high, they sit higher than we do, at almost 6,000 feet.

Oh No. Pine View can’t go under. I was looking forward to sitting on the back porch watching that gargantun (sp?) magnolia tree get even bigger.
