Stray Thought 3

I think that dried habanero I just added to the chili was the final touch.

Now to keep my hands off it for half and hour or and let it just simmer in its own juices.

Next time you talk to Chris, ask him about his own personal experience with a habanero pepper. A fresh one he picked up in the produce section in Target.

I thought 2 things at the time. 1. That I was going to die laughing right in the checkout line, & 2. It served him right for grazing.

They are not meant to be eaten like plums.

I guess he knows that now.

When you make chili, I’m guessing it’s a “Southern” recipe. Does it include beans in it?
