Citigroup Inc., Goldman Sachs Group Inc. , J.P. Morgan Chase & Co., Morgan Stanley, State Street Corp. and Wells Fargo & Co.These institutions received federal dollars as part of the U.S. government’s $700 billion bank-bailout program, known as the Troubled Asset Relief Program. They have since repaid the bailout funds.
