Resolve automotive differences politely.
The owner of the parked car ran away from the scene but was located by APD officers about three blocks away near the intersection of Montview Boulevard and Galena Street.
The story goes on to report that both men are in the hospital and at least one of them will be charged.

Suffer the children . . . .
Moments later, several people heard a loud gunshot and saw the car filled up with smoke, according to the incident report.
One of the children, who was under 10 years old, found the backpack in the car with the gun inside. They accidentally shot themselves in the arm and another child, also under 10 years old, in the hand.

Back when I was a young ‘um going to school during the first years of gradual desegregation in my white high school (one black student the first year, eleven the next year, and so on), we knew better than to do stuff like this in public.
