This website does not track you.
It contains no private information. It does not drop persistent cookies, does not collect data other than incoming ip addresses and page views (the internet is a public place), and certainly does not collect and sell your information to others.
Some sites that I link to may try to track you, but that's between you and them, not you and me.
I do collect statistics, but I use a simple stand-alone Wordpress plugin, not third-party services such as Google Analitics over which I have no control.
Finally, this is website is a hobby. It's a hobby in which I am deeply invested, about which I care deeply, and which has enabled me to learn a lot about computers and computing, but it is still ultimately an avocation, not a vocation; it is certainly not a money-making enterprise (unless you click the "Donate" button--go ahead, you can be the first!).
I appreciate your visiting this site, and I desire not to violate your trust.

With cream cheese, it’s good!

If frank says it’s a cookie, it’s a cookie!!!

Like chittlins, bagels are a food born of poverty. I am always leery of recipes presented by people who say, "This is what my people ate when we had nothing else to eat."

Hey, did you eat my non-bagel?

It may be a cookie, but it’s damn tastey all the same.

Cream cheese does not go with cookies.
Cream cheese goes with lox, onions, and tomatoes.
And garlic bagels. Â Or onion bagels. Â Or sesame bagels. Â Or egg bagels. Â Or salt bagels. Â Or plain bagels.
Who would put cream cheese and lox on an Oreo, for heaven’s sake?
I rest my case.
(aside to Opie: Â All French sauces are based on poverty cooking. Â They came up with the sauces to hide the rotten meat.
I guess it’s no more steak au poivre for you.)

For those of us raised in Texas, just what is a ‘lox’? I’ve heard of it before.
Bagel sandwiches are good too.

Another reason to boycott France.

Google & Wikipedia are my friends. I don’t like salmon that much anyway, I don’t think I would ruin a bagel with a variation of it. Unless Chris would finish it, if I didn’t like it. He probably would, he’s not picky.

Why is it when I read that comment I picture Redd Foxx saying it, Chris?

Oh Opie. . .you got me, I never seen it coming!
