Police say someone in the back of the car was possibly showing off a gun when it went off, shooting the victim in the back. The victim was sitting in the front passenger seat of the car.

Court documents state that Larry Neal Jr, 31, tripped on a barbecue while walking in the apartment complex’s breezeway and bumped into a door. He started walking up the stairway when Thomas Clement, 30, opened his door with a gun in his hand. He yelled something at Neal while displaying his weapon.

Police say Neal turned around and headed down to the stairwell landing. Investigators say that Clement fired eleven shots at Neal. He was unarmed.

Another instance of courtesy whilst encased in an automotive conveyance . . . .

Sheriff Matt Gentry said the incident began about 6:45 p.m. Saturday in a road rage episode on Alabama 69 in Dodge City. The dispute carried over to a home on County Road 160 in Bremen.

Authorities said Erica Cole attempted to shoot a second party, but instead struck her husband. Nicholas Cole was shot in in the head and is reportedly in stable condition.

(Sheriff–ed.) Gonzalez said a family of four – a mom, dad and 3-year-old and one-year-old kids – were driving along when they got into a dispute with another driver. The two vehicles pulled into a gas station and both male drivers reportedly got out and exchanged words.

When the suspected shooter showed a firearm, the father got back in his vehicle and started to leave.

But the other man allegedly opened fire on the truck, setting off fireworks the family had just purchased.

No fatalities, but extensive injuries, resulted from this bout of politeness.

The woman was at a gathering with her friends on River Road when another person at the party brought out a shotgun sometime during the early morning hours Thursday, according to Chase. Someone fired off a shot from the shotgun and the blast hit the woman, according to Claremont Police Department’s Mark Chase.

Deputies say a party was going on at Herald’s home when he and Michael Holbrook, 46, of Cincinnati, got into an argument in the home’s driveway. Both had been drinking.

Herald told Holbrook that he had better be off the property when he went into the home. When he came back out, he was armed with a 9mm handgun. When Holbrook was still there, Herald allegedly fired a warning shot in Holbrook’s direction.

Holbrook was sitting in a chair and did not react to the warning shot. Next, deputies say, Herald struck Holbrook with the handgun, causing the gun to fire and strike Holbrook in the upper neck.

Officers were called around 12:30 to the China Wok restaurant in Stanton.

Police say a man had a handgun that was not holstered.

They say at some point the man had either reached in his pocket or touched the gun, which caused the gun to fire.

The sheriff’s office said people at a nearby home were shooting at targets and a motorcyclist was struck by a stray bullet.

The motorcyclist was able to slow down enough and realize he had been shot. He was then taken to Hennepin County Medical Center and is in stable condition, the sheriff’s office said Wednesday.

Plight your troth politely.

But according to the Fresno Police Department, the weekend celebration turned tragic when a 23-year-old man couldn’t take no for an answer and opened fire after a young woman rejected his advances. One of the bullets hit her 10-month-old daughter in the head, and the child has been hospitalized ever since.

Authorities say the man was walking in a residential area on the north side of the city at about 12:30 a.m. Saturday when he saw two people walking toward him (and decided he was going to be robbed–ed.). Police say that’s when the man pulled out a gun and accidentally shot himself.

Another gun owner demonstrates how responsible he can be.

The victim had forgotten that his gun was still loaded and in the process of reaching for the gun and picking it up, he evidently pulled the trigger, the gun fired and a bullet struck his foot, according to the sheriff’s report.

The injured man then managed to drive himself to the hospital.

Politeness is a family value.

Investigators ultimately learned that two young brothers had engaged in a “brief struggle” over a handgun when the firearm accidentally discharged, striking the teenage boy, according to according to Unified police detective Kevin Mallory.

Citizens on site began to provide medical assistance, but the 17-year-old passed away by the time medical crews and police officers arrived, Mallory said.

Kayden and Bekki Gunter had just returned home Thursday afternoon when she put her purse on her bed and went into the bathroom, Tim Gunter said.

Inside her purse was a teal-colored Glock pistol.

Within seconds, (two-year old–ed.) Kayden managed to unzip the purse, pull the weapon from a holster within the purse and pull the trigger, Tim Gunter said.

According to the Jim Wells County Sheriff’s Office, Elita D. Diaz and her husband, Gabriel Diaz, were target shooting with family when a rifle went off and struck Elita in the torso. The bullet passed through Elita and struck her husband in the arm.

According to the Alice Echo News-Journal, a family friend was removing the magazine from a high powered rifle when it went off. Authorities believe the shooting was purely accidental.

Get out of Jail free card

Why was this “responsible gun owner” allowing the gun to point at another person living creature while he was mucking about with the magazine? One more time, “accidental” is not a synonym for “negligent.”

Party politely.

The man, Johnathan Rice, was with a group of individuals that had driven out to an area east of Chino Valley off Perkinsville Road earlier that day to have a party and consume alcohol, according to the Yavapai County Sheriff’s Office.

Rice had a revolver and was firing the gun randomly, according to information gathered by YCSO. While the group was in the bed of a pickup truck, one of the shots Rice fired struck 16-year-old Aneesa Williams of Chino Valley in the head, YCSO reported.
