Get a load of yet another “responsible gun owner.”

Police said the man was unloading his gun inside a vehicle when he accidentally shot it, striking himself in the leg. The incident happened around 3:45 p.m.

The man was a passenger in a vehicle traveling on Gadsden Highway. The driver of the vehicle pulled over in the Nationwide Insurance parking lot at the corner of Gadsden Highway and Rock Creek Circle and called 911.

Politeness takes practice.

The youngster was later reported to have died, and another 12-year-old child had also received a gunshot wound to the hand in the incident.

Police said their investigation determined the children had been playing with a loaded gun when it accidentally discharged, killing one and wounding the other.

Expose children to politeness from an early age.

A 5-year-old girl is dead following an accidental shooting in North Charleston (South Carolina-ed.), according to police.

The incident happened Monday afternoon. Charleston police say four children were left unattended when one of them found a loaded gun. Officers say the child accidentally pulled the trigger, shooting the little girl.

Politeness is family value.

A father is accused of fatally shooting his daughter during a domestic violence incident while her 14-month-old baby was inside their Renton apartment, Renton police said.

Investigators are still trying to determine what led to the outbreak of politeness.

More playful responsible gun owner* antics . . . .

According to the criminal complaint, several people were sitting inside a parked car at Dorie Miller Park Friday, when (Edward Alexander–ed.) Smith-Allen began pointing at the vehicle’s occupants. Multiple witnesses described Smith-Allen’s actions as “playing,” at the time the weapon discharged and wounded a female passenger.

Mr. Playboy turned himself in and is currently released on bond. His playmate victim is on life support.

Get a bang out of politeness.

The Oconto Falls area resident had tried to use his .22 caliber handgun (to fire at turkeys–ed.), but when it wouldn’t fire, he unloaded it, but saw one bullet still in the cylinder.

He started to bang the cylinder against a table to dislodge the bullet, which went off, the report said.

The bullet was stuck in the man’s ring finger when he went to the Oconto Falls hospital emergency room . . . .

A woman died after shooting herself accidentally at a Ruby Tuesday’s restauarant along Wonder Drive in Kannapolis Saturday night, Concord Police said.

The NRA will likely argue that, had she been armed, this would not–oh, wait.

One of those “responsible gun owners” was just horsin’ around . . . .

Jasper, a 9-year-old horse, was grazing in an Oregon pasture over the weekend when shots were fired at the animal — hitting him in the face and rear thigh, according to authorities.

“He was limping, dragging that leg — it was really swollen. He just had marginal interest in food,” said Kelly Nelson, the owner of the boarding facility that cares for Jasper, according to KOIN. “His eyes just looked really dull and like he was in a lot of pain.”

A Williams County man has been charged with felony animal cruelty after allegedly shooting and killing four dogs.

Philip H. Taylor, 54, of Bryan, Ohio, who is charged with a fifth-degree felony, is accused of killing the dogs Saturday with a handgun, according to records in Bryan Municipal Court.

Bringing new meaning to the term, “gun lover” . . . .

Shinault reportedly told officers that he and Williams been taking turns rubbing the gun along each other’s bodies.

He said Williams first rubbed the gun along his body. Afterwards, he did the same to her, but she grabbed the gun when it was pointed at her chest and it went off, the Tampa Bay Times reported.

Shinault would later change his story and told detectives that he had been pulling the trigger and it clicked as he rubbed Williams with the gun.

It is somewhat ironic that the biggest argument in favor of gun control is out-of-control gun owners.

According to police, a 61-year-old woman was shooting a groundhog in her backyard, which borders the Smithsburg Lions Community Park.

The woman missed and the bullet ricocheted across the water and struck a 28-year-old man who was fishing.

By golly, she gots herself a varmint.

Scatter politeness at your house of worship.

Giovanni Dallas is now facing several charges in this latest case, including reckless endangerment with a deadly weapon.

Court records show a small boy found Dallas’ gun under the bleachers in the gym at World Overcomers Church and picked it up, setting it off.

No one was hurt.

Investigators say Dallas also didn’t have a gun permit.

On approaching the area of the report, sheriff’s deputies ended up finding themselves in the line of fire.

“The deputies actually had to take cover behind some logs,” Ryan said, uncertain if they were being deliberately targeted. The officers called out and eventually made contact with the group firing weapons, located about a mile east of the cemetery.

Turns out “several” people were target shooting from private property using high-powered rifles, Ryan said, and as of Saturday evening, authorities were still on the scene, investigating. A woman was sitting in the vehicle at the cemetery that was struck — in the hood — and Ryan noted that being Memorial Day weekend, more and more people may be going to cemeteries on Sunday and Monday.

Yet more evidence that “responsible gun owner” is not a thing.

Politeness is child’s play.

Two boys under age 13 were handling a gun inside a home on Lanier Driver when it discharged, killing one of them early Saturday evening, authorities said.

The hunt for politeness continues . . .

Things turned tragic for a father and son from Utah who came to the area looking to hunt bears on Tuesday, after an accidental discharge put the son’s life in jeopardy.

“He got out of the car, chambered a round — when the round was chambered, the gun accidentally went off,” Griffeth.

. . . and yet another gun is reported to have fired itself.

Politeness goes to the dogs.

Deputies spoke with five residents who said the incident started when one man told Collins to get his “aggressive” dog off his property. Collins became upset and backed his vehicle into the man’s driveway, yelling at him and others involved.

“At which point, Mr. Collins did retrieve a handgun and pointed it at the victims and said, ‘I will take care of all you … right now’,” LCSO Inv. Sgt. Chris Bowen wrote in a report. “All parties involved said the gun was chrome or silver in color. … Prior to my arrival, officers discovered in a flower bed in front of the defendant’s residence a tan and silver air soft pistol.”

No one was shot, and the dog lover has been charged with multiple counts of assault.
