That’s the key difference. Jongs have had 40-50 years of a head start on Bush. Give him & his ilk that extended period of time & see the result.

No, it’s not the key difference. The key difference is the core morality. George W. Bush would not force school children to watch public executions of criminals by firing squad like Kim Jong Il does. You may not like the war he started, you may not like the envelope he has pushed in terms of presidential powers, you may not like his outspoken Christianity, but if you can look at his family background and his career and conclude that he would purposely starve several million of his own citizens, you have extended your credibility beyond where I can take your opinions seriously anymore.
