This website does not track you.
It contains no private information. It does not drop persistent cookies, does not collect data other than incoming ip addresses and page views (the internet is a public place), and certainly does not collect and sell your information to others.
Some sites that I link to may try to track you, but that's between you and them, not you and me.
I do collect statistics, but I use a simple stand-alone Wordpress plugin, not third-party services such as Google Analitics over which I have no control.
Finally, this is website is a hobby. It's a hobby in which I am deeply invested, about which I care deeply, and which has enabled me to learn a lot about computers and computing, but it is still ultimately an avocation, not a vocation; it is certainly not a money-making enterprise (unless you click the "Donate" button--go ahead, you can be the first!).
I appreciate your visiting this site, and I desire not to violate your trust.

I didn’t see him at first. But, when a fire truck is around here, it’s because of a fire. I found the reason why. As of 2000, you had not quite 73,000 people. Lakewood is double that.

Wilmington may have not quite 73,000 people. New Castle County has almost 500,000, over half the population of Delaware. Most of us live north of the canal.
And we are functionally a suburb of Philadelphia, which is a big city.
A very big city.
You know, I realized this just a couple of weeks ago, when I had a visitor from out of town.
I love Philadelphia. It’s a great city. It has its faults, as do all cities, but I love Philly.
Except, of course, for the Flyers.

Philly reminds me of Dallas. The Dallas/Ft.Worth metro area is over 6 million in population. That’s more than the whole STATE of Colorado. (Plus, we have scenery here where Texas has oil rigs) Despite the miserable cold, I’m staying here.
