The Fall of the Regency Is Complete 2
There is tragedy in this. I am convinced that, to the end, they will be convinced of their virtue, that they were indeed entitled to these things because they were entitled to these things.

In the latest migration to a new virtual private server, some of the links to images in the earliest posts to this blog were broken. If you encounter one of these broken links, please let me know. I have backups and can restore the images.
There’s only one person who agrees with me on everything, and, as I’m not running for office, that person is not on the ballot.

This website does not track you.
It contains no private information. It does not drop persistent cookies, does not collect data other than incoming ip addresses and page views (the internet is a public place), and certainly does not collect and sell your information to others.
Some sites that I link to may try to track you, but that's between you and them, not you and me.
I do collect statistics, but I use a simple stand-alone Wordpress plugin, not third-party services such as Google Analitics over which I have no control.
Finally, this is website is a hobby. It's a hobby in which I am deeply invested, about which I care deeply, and which has enabled me to learn a lot about computers and computing, but it is still ultimately an avocation, not a vocation; it is certainly not a money-making enterprise (unless you click the "Donate" button--go ahead, you can be the first!).
I appreciate your visiting this site, and I desire not to violate your trust.

And all for supporting a business of quack diet pills. I wonder what he was like if you actually knew him. A gold-plated quack as well, I suppose.

Apparently, Jonnie Williams could have given huckster lessons to Billy Mays.
As much as I contemn the Regent for his politics (he was a teabagger who, unlike most teabaggers, knew how to appear “reasonable” in public), in the annals of political corruption, this is akin to getting busted for shoplifting a Peppermint Patty. To paraphrase my brother, the “my crazy wife made me do it” defense turned out to be a non-starter (it was certainly one of the most cynical and beastly defense tactics I have heard of).
Then, again, he did get a phony Masters from Pat Robertson’s phony Regent University. That in itself deserves retribution.
