In the Idaho State Journal, Idaho attorney Steve Taggart takes a look at the bizarre beliefs of Washington State Representative Matt Shea, who was recently expelled from the Washington Republican caucus for “participating in a act of domestic terrorism.”

He also presented to the group a document called “Restoration” that called for forming a theocratic government . . . .
