Once again, we are reminded that “accidental” and “negligent” are not synonyms.
Once again, we are reminded that law enforcement needs to learn what words mean.
Afterthought:
As long as “negligence” is classified as “accident,” gun nuts have a “Get Our of Jail Free” card.
