Oriana Fallaci:

Our weakness in the West is born of the fact of so-called “objectivity.” Objectivity does not exist. The word is a hypocrisy which is sustained by the lie that the truth stays in the middle. No, sir: Sometimes truth stays on one side only.

“History Does Not Repeat Itself, but It Often Rhymes”* 0

At the Washington Monthly, Lloyd Green argues that the names of several historical figures rhyme with “Trump.” He lists

. . . Liz Truss, Britain’s failed prime minister; Chairman Mao Zedong, China’s despot ruler; and Marie Antoinette, the 18th-century queen who told the French to eat cake.

Follow the link for his reasoning.
