Formulaic 3

Police say a man stole nearly $500 of baby formula at a supermarket then led police on a brief chase on Interstate 93. James Lavoie, 37, was arraigned Wednesday on charges of theft, resisting arrest and disobeying a police officer.

I used to know someone who worked at CVS. She told me that the item most often shoplifted was baby formula. Apparently, there is an active trade in smuggling baby formula.

Whenever I want to celebrate being w-a-y past the childbearing years, I go down that row in the grocery. That stuff’s EXPENSIVE!

Nature’s way is the best way.

What they do, apparently, is ship it to third world countries, dilute it, and sell it . . . leading to malnutrition and all kinds of other bad things.

When I was having kids, youngest being 26 now, Nature’s Way was automatically stopped with a pill or two.

I’ve never thought about why it would be stolen, but that is horrid.
