Job losses, how about jobs found?

I haven’t found any, and I’m still puzzing on how weekly estimated totals in excess of half a million per week come out to a net monthly loss of a quarter million.
I’m guessing that growth in unemployment roles is not bounced at against increase in employment until the end of the month. But that’s just a guess.
