Seen on the Street 0
After seeing the driver, I reckon it must have been a borrowed car.
Didn’t get a chance to judge.
These next two were on the same street, but did not appear to be traveling together. Unlike some persons who make such displays, they were driving in a careful and courteous manner in the rain:
