Honestly, he couldn’t pour piss from a shoe if instructions were printed on the heel. What’s much more alarming is they could be elected.

“Honestly, he couldn’t pour piss from a shoe if instructions were printed on the heel.”

I have never heard that expression before.  What gem.

I have no idea where it originally came from. Really, I heard it either the labs at Lehigh or the Penn State School of Medicine at Hershey. But I did sneak it into formal print in my book and a feature article in the Village Voice 12 years ago. And the latter debated the propriety of it a bit.
