One is left to wonder whether it a was a minor who left the firearm where it could have been found by a toddler, as no “adult was responsible,” or perhaps, in addition to firing themselves, guns now are capable of leaving themselves in places.
More likely, it’s that “responsible gun owner” is now an oxymoron.

The boxes, sold by OccupEye as a way to monitor how long staff are at their desks without relying “on coffee cups and coats on chairs,” were installed in the offices of The Daily Telegraph. Staff weren’t told anything about the installation and soon kicked up a storm of protest.
The devices were installed under the desks of journalism, advertising, and other commercial departments. There’s no word if HR got them too.

Frontier Town was an Western-themed amusement park near that far west resort town, Ocean City, Maryland, in the era when every little boy wanted a cowboy suit and a Mattel Fanner Fifty. (It seems to live on as a campground.)
