Jeb Bush strikes me as a cartoon character one could use to illustrate a well-dressed stupid person. And as entertainment there are few openings for an Arthur Carlson at WKRP in Cincy role. He’s not well spoken and appears not to think at all before saying something. To obvious result.
Donald Trump is right ’bout one thing though when he calls Jeb’s number. Bush is a “low energy” guy who’s been able to phone it in his entire life because of circumstance. Now he can’t phone it in because he’s just not quite stupid enough, or clever enough to appear so, and too “low energy” to appeal to the tear-it-to-pieces-because-we’re-angy-white-people crowd.

His ineptitude has been truly outstanding, but certainly worthy of the Terry Schiavo governor.
He’s not just a buffoon. He’s cruel buffoon who, unlike Trump (another cruel buffoon), has no swagger.
