There’s a reason movie actors use blanks.

Be polite to your neighbors.

According to (Police Chief Eric–ed.) Christensen, the suspect was in a back room of the ranch-style one-story house and was showing somebody else the handgun.

“He failed to inspect whether the chamber was empty,” he said. “It appears he was demonstrating how to shoot it.”

The shot went off and sent a bullet sailing through the bedroom and through two walls, including one leading to the garage where the victim was standing, Christensen said.

Self-politeness is the politest kind.

The shooting victim, Mark Anthony Jones, 46, told officers he was walking near the Girl Scout Cabin when his 9mm handgun began to slip in his waistband. He reached down to adjust it and the gun discharged, striking him just above the penis. The bullet then exited his scrotum.

The victim did not have a license to carry and the D. A. is considering charges, but, frankly, I suspect he’s already suffered enough.

Politeness is going to the dogs.

The gun was facing at about a 90-degree angle to the cab, Branch was standing on the passenger side of the vehicle, and the blast sent shrapnel as well as shot into Branch’s left thigh. Luckily, he was with other hunters who immediately tended to his wounds, summoned emergency medical services, and got him out to a nearby road where the medical personnel could tend to him.

Party politely.

During the party, people decided to compare their tattoos. The owner of the gun opted to take his gun out of the holster so he could remove his pants to show a leg tattoo. He handed it to another male subject, who passed it off to a third male subject, who began to show it to the 20-year-old woman who was holding the infant at the time.

The man holding the gun accidentally discharged it, with a bullet going completely through the infant’s leg before striking the pelvis of the woman, according to police.
